Manu Tuilagi's citing for a tip-tackle in Saturday's Aviva Premiership final has been dismissed, meaning that he is free to tour South Africa with England.
Tuilagi, 21, was charged with dangerous play by the match citing commissioner John Byett following an incident with Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care in the second minute of Leicester Tigers' 23-30 defeat.
Referee Wayne Barnes penalised Tuilagi for the offence but didn't yellow-card the centre.
The charge has now been dismissed and he will be free to join Stuart Lancaster's touring party.
