England forward Joe Launchbury calls on his teammates to focus ahead of the two-Test clash with Argentina next month.

England forward Joe Launchbury has admitted that the team will have to perform at their very best if they are to overcome Argentina next month.

The QBE Player of the Series during the Autumn Internationals has also called on his teammates to "concentrate" during the two-Test tour.

"Argentina pride themselves on how they play up front and the way the pack goes about their business," Launchbury told Sky Sports News.

"They are certainly a team on the up. They put in some great performances through the Rugby Championship so we know the threat that they possess and we need to concentrate on what we can do and play to our maximum."

England face a South America XV in Uruguay on Sunday.
