Diego: 'Too soon for top-four talk'

Wolfsburg midfielder Diego warns that it is too early to talk about a top-four finish for his side this season.

Wolfsburg midfielder Diego has warned that it is too soon for his side to start thinking about a top-four finish in the league this season.

The Wolves will resume their campaign fifth in the Bundesliga table after the winter break, just two points behind fourth-placed Borussia Dortmund.

"We shouldn't start talking about the Champions League or other things like that," Diego told Kicker magazine.

Diego also confirmed that he would remain at the club until the end of the season, but hinted at a move when his contract runs out in the summer.
