West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has told his players that they must find a way to quickly improve their home form in the Premier League.
The Hammers have lost both of their fixtures at Upton Park this season, and Allardyce insists that it is unacceptable for the team to continue to perform poorly in front of the club's supporters.
"We lost in the last minute at home against Tottenham when we really should have won the game and had it out of sight," the West Ham boss told reporters. "Then we were abysmal when we played Southampton. We have to get the home form right.
"We have come away from home and won one and drawn one but lost two at home and that's not acceptable, particularly with our 35,000 home supporters wanting us to entertain, but also win football matches, and that is what we have to do."
