Watford winger Ikechi Anya "wouldn't say no" to joining new club

Watford winger Ikechi Anya has revealed that he would consider leaving the newly-promoted Premier League club if the opportunity arose.

The 27-year-old Scotland international has been linked with a summer move to Celtic, but Anya has admitted that he is open to playing in a foreign league.

"I don't ever cut myself off to anything," The Express quotes Anya as saying. "I am very grateful for the opportunities that are before me.

"I wouldn't say no to any sort of league, the German league, the Spanish league. I have been out in Spain before in my career. I just work as hard as I can to get the opportunities that come to me and try and grasp them when they come."

Anya has been a Watford player since 2013.
