Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan has said that the club plan to sign "12 Michus" for their debut season in the Premier League.
The Welsh outfit were promoted on Tuesday night and the Malaysian said that the club plan to use their transfer budget as economically as their rivals Swansea City.
Michu was signed by the Swans for around £2m last summer and has scored 17 goals in his debut season in England.
"We'd like to follow the Swansea model by signing players like Michu for £2m," Tan is quoted as saying in The Telegraph.
"We could go and buy 12 of them. If you get a dozen Michus, you wouldn't do too badly."
Swans boss Michael Laudrup has already likened next season's clash with the Malky Mackay's side to the Rome derby.
