Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has admitted that he has yet to decide whether Marc Wilson or Geoff Cameron will replace the suspended Robert Huth at centre-back.
Huth was handed a three-match ban retrospectively for elbowing Fulham's Philippe Senderos during Stoke's 1-0 defeat last Saturday.
With direct replacement Matt Upson on loan at Brighton & Hove Albion, Pulis said that it will be either Wilson or Cameron for the West Ham United game.
"It gives either Marc or Geoff a wonderful opportunity of coming into the middle alongside Ryan this weekend," Pulis told the club's official website. "Ideally, we would have liked to have Robert available because he is a fantastic player, but we do have other options, both of whom have played internationally.
"We could move Marc in there and bring Wilko back into the side, or we can drop Geoff straight into the middle because he has played in that position for the United States, as well as Houston, on a number of occasions.
"I will take a look at one or two things over the next 24 hours and then decide which option we feel will work best for us in this game."
Following the Fulham defeat Stoke are 10th in the Premier League.
