Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has heaped praise on his side after they beat Southampton 2-1 at the Britannia Stadium this afternoon.
Morgan Schneiderlin had given the Saints a half-time lead, but Mame Biram Diouf and Charlie Adam scored in the second half to give the Potters victory.
Hughes told BBC Sport: "We limited a very good Southampton side to few chances. I felt in terms of the momentum, certainly second half, we were very comfortable.
"They had a lot of possession but didn't cause us a lot of problems. In the second half we were excellent. You make your own luck. People will say it was important for Southampton but I'm not sure about that."
With the result, Stoke climb a place to ninth in the Premier League table.
