Tottenham Hotspur are ready to make a £20m offer for Paris Saint-Germain outcast Adrien Rabiot, according to a report.
The French midfielder has been training with PSG's Under-23s side after refusing to sign a contract extension at the Parc des Princes.
Rabiot is out of contract at the end of the season and the Parisians are now looking to cash in before his deal expires in the summer.
Barcelona are believed to have offered the 23-year-old a pre-contract offer earlier this month, but they have since agreed to bring in talented youngster Frenkie de Jong from Ajax.
Reports in France, cited by The Sun, suggest that Tottenham will now try their luck with an offer before the January window closes.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is said to have already been in touch with Rabiot and is eager to finalise a move, having gone 12 months since last signing someone.
PSG may first wait until a new player has been brought in, however, with Everton's Idrissa Gueye a rumoured option.
