Want-away Tottenham Hotspur striker Roman Pavlyuchenko is having a medical at Lokomotiv Moscow, according to Sky Sports News.
The Russian has been seeking a switch away from White Hart Lane after finding his first-team opportunities limited due to Emmanuel Adebayor's arrival at the club.
Although Pavlyuchenko's agent has claimed that Spurs were pricing his client out of a move, it now appears that the forward could be set for a January exit.
The transfer may be dependent on Louis Saha's imminent switch to North London. The Frenchman travelled down to the capital earlier today ahead of a possible move from Everton.
Pavlyuchenko joined Spurs in 2008 from Spartak Moscow, arch rivals of his potential employers Lokomotiv.
