Mauricio Pochettino: 'We've moved on from Pablo Osvaldo'

Mauricio Pochettino insists that Southampton have moved on from the training ground bust-up between Pablo Osvaldo and Jose Fonte.

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has claimed that the club have moved on from the incident which saw Pablo Osvaldo come to blows with Jose Fonte on the training ground.

Osvaldo exited the club to join Juventus on loan in January following the bust-up and Pochettino insists that he is only looking forward.

"[The incident] is completely forgotten, it is in the past and we can only look forward right now," the Saints boss told reporters following Tuesday's win over Hull City.

"But I have always said the group mentality is the most important thing.

"No player is more important than the team mentality or above the team. I will always defend the view that the team is more important than a single player."

Osvaldo scored just three goals for Southampton after joining the club from Roma last summer.
