Kevin Gameiro happy with goal-scoring return

Sevilla forward Kevin Gameiro reveals his delight after making a goal-scoring return from injury.

Kevin Gameiro has revealed his delight after returning to action with a goal as Sevilla beat Elche 2-0 on Sunday.

The Frenchman missed the start of the season with a knee problem, but scored his side's second at the weekend as Unai Emery's club moved into second position in La Liga.

"I'm really happy for the team and for myself. It was a very difficult period for me in my mind, but everyone has helped me to get back as quickly as possible," he told reporters.

"Now I just have to keep working hard, so I can play as many games possible."

Gameiro scored 20 times for Sevilla last season.
