Real Madrid defender Marcelo will reportedly be given until the end of the season to prove his worth to Zinedine Zidane.
Despite a trophy-laden spell with Los Blancos, the left-back has only made 15 appearances in La Liga and the Champions League this season.
With Sergio Reguilon and Achraf Hakimi returning from loan spells at Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund respectively, Zidane will not be short of options in Marcelo's position ahead of the next campaign.
However, according to Marca, the Frenchman will provide the 31-year-old with an opportunity to impress once football resumes after the coronavirus pandemic.
Marcelo currently has just over two years left on his contract, putting Real in a position where they may consider offers for one of their longest-serving players.
Juventus are said to be among the clubs who are contemplating an approach for the Brazilian.
