Borussia Dortmund loanee Achraf Hakimi is unlikely to return to parent club Real Madrid, according to a report.
The 21-year-old has spent the last two seasons on loan at Dortmund, and his form this season in particular has attracted the attention of a number of clubs around Europe.
Madrid themselves have been tipped to give Hakimi a chance in their first team next term once his loan at Dortmund expires this summer, but Bild reports that he is more likely to stay at the Westfalenstadion.
The report claims that Madrid have not spoken to the full-back since sending him on loan in 2018 and that Dortmund are confident of signing him on a permanent basis, with his loan spell currently due to finish on June 30.
Hakimi's contract at the Bernabeu does not expire until 2022, but he is understood to be keen to continue playing regular first-team football - something which may not happen at Madrid with Dani Carvajal currently the first-choice right-back under Zinedine Zidane.
The Morocco international has scored seven goals and created 10 more in 37 appearances across all competitions this season.
