Sir Alex Ferguson believes that Carlo Ancelotti should not worry about his future at Real Madrid amidst a host of speculation.
The Manchester United manager faced Ancelotti during the Italian's spell at Chelsea, where he guided them to the Premier League title in his first season.
There have been rumours linking the 55-year-old with Old Trafford and Manchester City, but the former AC Milan manager should not be concerned despite Madrid's poor form in 2015, according to Ferguson.
He told American radio station SiriusXM: "I wouldn't worry about his future, that's for sure.
"For me, Carlo is one of the best managers I have known and one of my great rivals and that's why I think he'll never be short of work."
Ancelotti's current deal at the Bernabeu expires next summer.
