Lucas Silva 'fulfilling a dream'

Brazilian midfielder Lucas Silva reveals his delight at joining Real Madrid during his official unveiling in the Spanish capital.

Lucas Silva has said that he is 'fulfilling a dream' by joining Real Madrid.

The 21-year-old completed his move from Cruzeiro at the weekend and was officially unveiled to the Bernabeu on Monday afternoon.

"I'm happy to be here and fulfil this dream. I came to Real Madrid to learn and mainly to help. Everything is going very fast but I'm prepared to wear this shirt and to honour it as I did with Cruzeiro," said Silva at his official unveiling.

"Since I was with my father at this stage it was a dream. Watch the games, play video games and now wear this shirt is an honour. I am sure that I will live well here in Madrid."

Silva will wear the number 16 shirt for the Spanish outfit.
