Carlo Ancelotti "not worried" by Karim Benzema slump

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti says that he is "not worried" by Karim Benzema's recent slump in form.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that he is "not worried" by Karim Benzema's recent slump in form.

The Frenchman has scored 24 times in 40 games this season, but found the back of the net just once in the month of April.

"I'm not worried about it. He scored a very important goal in the first leg of the semi-final against Bayern Munich," Ancelotti told reporters at a press conference.

"We've scored more than 150 goals this season. Cristiano [Ronaldo] has scored a lot of goals because his team-mates have done very good work."

Los Blancos face Real Valladolid in La Liga tomorrow evening.
