Rangers reportedly face stiff competition in the race to sign West Bromwich Albion youngster Rayhaan Tulloch.
While the 19-year-old is highly regarded at The Hawthorns, the forward has been restricted to just five substitute outings in the FA Cup.
As it stands, it appears that the prospect intends to leave the Baggies at the end of his contract later in 2020.
According to Football Insider, Rangers remain one of the favourites to secure the signature of Tulloch during the next transfer window.
However, the report claims that Hibernian, Marseille and Leganes are also contemplating whether to make an approach for the player.
Tulloch has impressed at Premier League 2 level this season, contributing nine goals and four assists.
