Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Barnsley

Nottingham Forest host Barnsley in the Championship with both sides needing the points for two different reasons.

Nottingham Forest host Barnsley on Saturday with time running out on their bid to reach the Championship playoffs this season.

They have not won in their last five league games, with defeat at Middlesbrough on Tuesday night seeing them slip to eighth in the table.

Barnsley are firmly embroiled in the relegation battle with a number of clubs, although they are scrapping for points and have six from their last 15.

Forest boss Billy Davies has only a few concerns within his squad. Darius Henderson still has two games of his three-match suspension remaining and January signing Stephen McLaughlin is struggling for fitness.

For the Tykes, Bobby Hassell will be out with the hamstring injury he sustained against Derby County, but Rob Edwards could be fit to return in order to replace him.
