Neil Adams has suggested that Gary Hooper will start for Norwich City in their Championship game against Reading on Saturday.
Hooper came off the bench and scored the Canaries' late equaliser in Saturday's 3-3 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion, and Adams was impressed with his efforts.
"He's done his chances of starting in the next game no harm at all," Adams told the club website.
"It's a fantastic finish and that's what he can do. He's been sharp for us and all credit to him for that finish, it was an excellent goal."
It was Hooper's first league goal of the season. He is yet to make a Championship start this term after returning from injury last month.
After starting the season well, Norwich have dropped down to 10th in the table with just one win in nine matches.
