Montpellier HSC midfielder Younes Belhanda wants a move to the Premier League or the Bundesliga in the summer as he seeks an exit from the Ligue 1 side.
The 23-year-old is deemed surplus to requirements by the French side's director Laurent Nicollin and will leave the club for the right price.
"Next season? I don't know," he told L'Equipe. "I have contacts but nothing concrete.
"I want to go to England or Germany. I believe I am made for that football, both physical and technical with a lot of risks.
"My wish is to play in the Champions League next season, but I could sign for a club with big history."
Belhanda made 36 appearances last season for Montpellier, scoring 12 goals.
