Guingamp secure a point at Montpellier HSC

Guingamp hold Montpellier HSC to a 1-1 draw in their Ligue 1 clash at Stade de la Mosson.

Guingamp have come from a goal down at Montpellier HSC to record their second draw in a row in Ligue 1.

Jocelyn Gourvennec's side, flying high in seventh place, fell behind to Remy Cabella's goal in the 69th minute at Stade de la Mosson.

However, Tibault Giresse levelled the scores from the penalty spot after Hilton had brought down Ladislas Douniama inside the area.

Cabella and Souleymane Camara both went close to edging the hosts back in front, but the two teams had to settle for a share of the spoils.

The result leaves La Pallaide in 16th, just five points clear of the drop zone.
