Middlesbrough boss Aitor Karanka has played down his role in his side's impressive start to the season despite winning the Championship's Manager of the Month award for September.
Boro won all four of their matches last month to move up to second in the table after recording two wins in their opening five games of the campaign.
However, the Spaniard has insisted that the success is all down to the team ethos he has built at the club during his 22-month reign at the Riverside.
"It's true that the focus is always on the players who score goals, or the keeper who saves the penalty, but it's about the team," Karanka told the club's official website.
"It's impossible to win anything with individuals. I have amazing staff, players, and supporters.
"This an amazing club and it helps when everyone is behind you."
Middlesbrough lost last weekend's match 2-0 to Reading at the Madejski Stadium.
