Myron Markevich believes that his Metalist Kharkiv team have a good chance of beating Newcastle United to reach the last 16 of the Europa League.

Metalist Kharkiv coach Myron Markevych believes that his team's Europa League clash with Newcastle United could go either way.

The two teams meet in Ukraine tonight with the tie finely poised following last week's goalless encounter at St James' Park.

Markevych, 62, said that he will set his side up to attack as they look to secure a place in the last 16.

"We both still have an equal chance," Markevych told reporters. "We still think we can go through, but so will they.

"I only know how my team play, but we are trying to win of course. It depends on our opponents but we always play with an offensive outlook."

The winner will play either Anzhi Makhachkala or Hannover in the next round.
