Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri has admitted that he is keen to hold talks with Willian as soon as possible.
Willian has been strongly linked with a transfer away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid all said to hold an interest in the playmaker.
The Brazil international has so far failed to return for pre-season training ahead of the new campaign, and Sarri has acknowledged that he has been left unhappy with the ongoing situation.
At a press conference, the 59-year-old told reporters: "I want to speak to him before I answer these questions. I am not happy about this situation but, before I answer, I would like to speak to him."
Willian has two years remaining on his contract with the West Londoners.
