Manchester United youngster Reece Brown signs a loan contract with Ipswich Town until the end of the season.

Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy has confirmed that he has secured the loan services of Reece Brown from Manchester United until the end of the campaign.

Recent speculation had linked the 21-year-old defender with a switch to Portman Road, provided that the two clubs could reach an agreement.

Speaking after his side's 0-0 draw with Huddersfield Town, McCarthy confirmed that a deal has now been concluded.

"Reece is joining us on Monday for the rest of the season," the boss told the club's official website.

Brown, who is yet to make a senior appearance for the Red Devils, is the younger brother of Sunderland and former United centre-back Wesley.
