Premier League trio want Fabio Coentrao?

Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao is reportedly a January transfer target of Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal.

Liverpool and Arsenal have reportedly joined Manchester United in the pursuit of Real Madrid full-back Fabio Coentrao.

It is believed that the Portuguese international has been told that he can leave the Bernabeu during next month's transfer window.

United have long been linked with the 26-year-old, having failed with a loan bid for his services during David Moyes's time at the Old Trafford helm.

However, were the Red Devils to make another approach this winter, they will face competition from both Liverpool and Arsenal, according to the Daily Express.

The report added, though, that the Premier League trio are likely to have to battle it out with AC Milan and Besiktas to sign the former Benfica player.
