Michael Carrick has insisted that there is "no news" regarding his future at Manchester United.
The 34-year-old's current deal is due to expire at the end of the season and according to the player himself, talks are yet to start over a potential extension.
"Honestly, I don't know. There's no news at all," he told reporters following the 3-2 win over Arsenal yesterday afternoon.
"I've heard nothing really, so I can't comment at this stage."
Carrick has been at Old Trafford since his £18.6m switch from Tottenham Hotspur in 2006.
