Roberto Martinez: We will continue to be "strong" on Marouane Fellaini

Everton boss Roberto Martinez reveals that the club will continue their firm stance with midfielder Marouane Fellaini amid interest from Manchester United.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez has revealed that the club will continue to have firm stance over the future of midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Manchester United have been linked with a move for the Belgium international and left-back Leighton Baines, and have already had one bid rejected for the duo.

Martinez told BBC Sport: "It's not right for anyone to have competitive games in the transfer window and that should be looked at.

"The laws of the game allows transfer speculation but we will focus on our jobs and be as strong as we can be."

Both Fellaini and Baines played in Everton's 0-0 draw with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
