Reports have claimed that the Spanish giants are willing to sell Di Maria, but only for a bid in the region of £40m.
According to Spanish newspaper AS, the 26-year-old has asked to leave the Bernabeu this summer because he feels undervalued by the European champions.
As well as Arsenal, Manchester United have been linked with the Argentina international.
