David de Gea happy with life at Manchester United

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea states his happiness with life at Old Trafford despite their Premier League struggles.

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has declared himself happy with life at Old Trafford.

The former Atletico Madrid keeper has been one of United's most consistent performers this season and the Spaniard has stated his intentions to continue improving.

De Gea told MUTV: "I am pleased with my contribution so far. I feel very settled here and I am happy with the way I am playing.

"I am still learning and improving all the time. That is important. I hope to carry on doing that and keep my spot in the team.

"Off the pitch I like to be friendly and enjoy people's company but when I am on the pitch I am a lot more focused and concentrate totally on the game."

United are currently seventh in the Premier League.
