Rafael da Silva "ready to help" Manchester United

Brazilian defender Rafael da Silva says that he is "ready to help" Manchester United after returning to full fitness.

Brazilian full-back Rafael da Silva has declared himself fit and "ready to help" Manchester United for the first time this season.

The 24-year-old is yet to feature for the Red Devils this term after suffering a groin injury in pre-season.

"Back in training ready to help. Let's goo," he wrote on his Instagram page.

United are still without a win under Louis van Gaal this season. They next host newly-promoted Queens Park Rangers on Sunday afternoon.

Ander Herrera could also return against Harry Redknapp's side, while Phil Jones is being assessed after suffering an apparent hamstring injury when playing for England in Switzerland last night.
