David Moyes: 'We need to take more of our chances'

Manchester United manager David Moyes says that his side need to take more of their chances despite their 3-1 win over West Ham United in the Premier League.

Manchester United boss David Moyes has said that he is pleased with his side's 3-1 victory over West Ham United this afternoon.

United ran out comfortable winners at Old Trafford to put an end to their recent run of poor home form, as Danny Welbeck, Adnan Januzaj and Ashley Young all got in on the goalscoring action for the hosts.

"We played well today. I'm a wee bit disappointed we didn't take some more opportunities and I was disappointed not to keep a clean sheet but we got done on the break," Moyes told reporters after the game.

"The job is to keep our head down and keep winning games. There is confidence among the players, we are creating a lot of opportunities right now. Danny Welbeck has a sore knee. Adnan Januzaj is doing really well. We are always hard on him, we always want more but he is doing remarkably well. He can score goals, he is a real talent."

"We would like to be doing much better, we want to be right at the top but we will continue to keep going."

United have moved into seventh position in the Premier League following the victory.
