Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag will bemoan the absence of several defenders for Sunday's FA Cup semi-final with Coventry City at Wembley.
The Red Devils head south without the services of Anthony Martial (groin), Tyrell Malacia (knee), Luke Shaw (thigh), Victor Lindelof (thigh), Lisandro Martinez (calf), Jonny Evans (muscle) and Raphael Varane (muscle).
Harry Maguire had also picked up a thigh issue in the draw with Bournemouth, but Ten Hag confirmed on Friday that the England international is winning his battle to be fit for the trip to the capital, where he may be the only fit senior centre-back due to a reported issue for Willy Kambwala.
Mason Mount and Sofyan Amrabat have apparently emerged as late withdrawals too, but Antony and Scott McTominay are looking good for returns from their own physical glitches this weekend.
Diogo Dalot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka's spots out wide are under no threat thanks to Shaw's layoff, while Casemiro will likely act as an emergency centre-back alongside Maguire, as the pair protect Andre Onana.
With Casemiro operating at the back, Ten Hag must also choose a new midfield partner for 19-year-old Kobbie Mainoo and will likely give the nod to the fit-again McTominay, despite the presence of Christian Eriksen.
Antony and Amad Diallo have put their names in the hat for a starting role thanks to their goals in the quarter-final success over Liverpool; the latter was sent off for taking off his shirt while on a booking but has served his ban in the Premier League.
Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford should win Ten Hag's vote either way, though, as stalwarts Bruno Fernandes and Rasmus Hojlund complete the Red Devils' XI.
Manchester United possible starting lineup:
Onana; Dalot, Casemiro, Maguire, Wan-Bissaka; McTominay, Mainoo; Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford; Hojlund
