Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has insisted that the club are only interested in selling Carlos Tevez.
AC Milan are reportedly keen to add the Argentine to their squad on a loan basis and recently had a temporary offer turned down by City.
Milan's vice-president Adriano Galliani is expected to arrive in Manchester on Thursday to try to conclude a deal.
"I hope we can find a good solution for us and Carlos," Mancini told reporters.
"We want Carlos to come back and play football and the best solution for us is to sell him. We can't let him leave on loan."
Sources close to Tevez have claimed that he is keen to join Milan, despite interest from French club Paris Saint-Germain.
