Sports Mole rounds up all of Manchester City's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Newcastle United.

Manchester City will be aiming to build on Tuesday's thumping 7-0 win over Leeds United when they continue their Premier League campaign away to Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.

Pep Guardiola's side hit seven in a stunning performance against the Whites, with the result leaving them top of the Premier League table with 41 points from 17 matches.

The reigning champions will be bidding to make it eight league victories in a row when they head to Newcastle, who are facing a battle to avoid relegation to the Championship.

Man City said that Kyle Walker was missing against Leeds due to being 'short of full fitness', but the defender could be back in the fold for this weekend's contest.

Possible return date: December 19 (vs. Newcastle)

Bernardo Silva was replaced at the interval of the clash with Leeds, and Guardiola admitted after the match that the Portugal international felt "a little uncomfortable" due to a "muscular niggle", meaning that he is a minor doubt for this weekend's clash.
