Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly keen to confirm a new contract for Adama Traore as soon as possible.
The Premier League outfit have made strong progress behind the scenes in recent months, extending the deals of Raul Jimenez, Conor Coady, Pedro Neto and Max Kilman.
However, while talks are said to have been productive with Traore, it appears that they have been delayed in their efforts to formalise fresh terms for the Spain international.
According to 90 min, club officials are frustrated that the 24-year-old is yet to sign on the dotted line, an issue said to be created by his agent.
The development comes at a time when Traore has been kept among the Wolves substitutes for much of the current campaign.
A number of Premier League clubs, including Liverpool and Manchester City, may be ready to renew their interest in the player if he does not extend his contract past 2023.
