West Bromwich Albion move for Liverpool's Jose Enrique?

West Bromwich Albion are reportedly in talks with Liverpool regarding the potential transfer of defender Jose Enrique.

Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal with West Bromwich Albion for the sale of defender Jose Enrique.

Since moving to Anfield in 2011, Enrique has made 96 appearances in all competitions, but the left-back only featured nine times during the last campaign, with his last match coming back in January.

He has been deemed surplus to requirements on Merseyside, and according to The Mirror, that has resulted in West Brom moving for the 29-year-old as they look to strengthen their squad before the end of the transfer window.

Enrique may act as a replacement for Joleon Lescott, who could be on his way to Aston Villa.
