Roma director of football Monchi has reiterated that Liverpool have not made an offer for goalkeeper Alisson.
For a number of months, Liverpool have been heavily linked with the Brazilian stopper, who is also said to be interesting Champions League winners Real Madrid.
However, Monchi has played down suggestions of bids for the 25-year-old, claiming that "transfer rumours are normal" at this stage of the year.
At an awards evening, Monchi said: "In order for a player to leave, there have to be three elements in place - an offer, a yes from the club and from the player. As of today, we have nothing of the sort.
"We are happy to keep him, transfer rumours are normal at this stage."
Alisson still has three years remaining on his contract at the Stadio Olimpico.
