Norwich City duo Emiliano Buendia and Jamal Lewis emerge as potential targets for Liverpool, according to a report.

Norwich City duo Emiliano Buendia and Jamal Lewis have reportedly emerged as potential targets for Liverpool at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

Buendia has been in impressive form for the struggling Canaries this season, contributing seven assists in 21 Premier League outings, while Lewis has 14 league appearances to his name this term.

According to The Athletic, Liverpool are monitoring both players ahead of possible moves during this summer's transfer window.

The report claims that Lewis is viewed as a potential back-up to Andrew Robertson at left-back, while Buendia's creativity in the final third has attracted the attention of Jurgen Klopp's side.

Indeed, only Kevin De Bruyne and Trent Alexander-Arnold have provided more assists than Buendia during this season's Premier League.

Liverpool will be looking to stretch their lead at the top of the Premier League table to 13 points when they host Sheffield United on Thursday night.
