Liverpool defender Kolo Toure has declared that the Reds have the mentality to maintain their fine start to the season.
Toure has settled quickly at the heart of Liverpool's defence, helping Brendan Rodgers's side amass 16 points from seven Premier League games so far this season.
He told Sky Sports News: "The most important thing now is to take it game by game. The season is long, every game is like a final for us.
"We don't look forward, we just look to the next game which is the most important. We have good players and a great mentality and are at a fantastic club.
"We just need to play well every week and give 100% for our teammates and the fans. We have to keep working hard and at the end of the season we'll count the points and see how far we can go."
The 32-year-old has reported for international duty for the Ivory Coast this week after a nine-month absence ahead of the first leg of a World Cup playoff with Senegal this weekend.
