Sunday Oliseh: 'Jordon Ibe will play for England'

Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh confirms on Twitter that Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe is concentrating on playing for England rather than his own side.

Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh has confirmed that Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe is focused on playing for England, rather than his own international side.

The 19-year-old, who was born in Bermondsey, is eligible to play for Nigeria through his father's nationality.

Ibe has made two appearances for England Under-21s, and Oliseh has confirmed on Twitter that the winger wants to play for the country of his birth.

Ibe has made 19 Premier League appearances for Liverpool.
