Hull City manager Steve Bruce has reportedly switched his focus to signing free agent Brede Hangeland this summer.
Bruce added to his defensive options on Tuesday as Hull completed deals for Harry Maguire and Andrew Robertson, but the Tigers boss is believed to be eager to conclude more business before the beginning of the new season.
According to the Daily Mail, the club are considering making an offer to Hangeland, who departed Fulham earlier this summer after his contract at Craven Cottage expired.
However, Hull could face competition for the 33-year-old, with West Ham United and Stoke City also showing an interest in the Norway international.
