Dordrecht draw at home to Heerenveen

Bottom-of-the-table Dordrecht hold Heerenveen to a 0-0 draw to go two games unbeaten in the Eredivisie.

Bottom-of-the-table Dordrecht are now two Eredivisie games unbeaten, having held Heerenveen to a 0-0 draw this evening.

The hosts won just their second game of the season against Excelsior last weekend, with their only previous victory coming at Heerenveen on the opening day.

Dwight Lodeweges's side stretch their unbeaten run to six matches with this result, but will again be ruing dropped points against the basement side.

There were few clear-cut chances throughout a 90 minutes in which there were only four shots on target.

Dordrecht withstood a heavy spell of Heerenveen pressure as the interval approached, with Luciano Slagveer and Joey van den Berg going close.

The visitors were less threatening in the second period and Dordrecht held out for a third clean sheet of the campaign, although they remain three points adrift.
