Roma goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg is reportedly the subject of interest from Fulham.
The Dutch international has failed to hold down a regular starting berth at the Stadio Olimpico since his move to the Serie A club in 2011.
The 30-year-old has recently spoken about his frustration at sitting on the substitutes' bench at Roma but it now appears that Fulham could be about to hand him an opportunity of Premier League football, according to Sky Sports News.
Martin Jol worked with Stekelenburg during his time as Ajax manager and he is reportedly keen in securing the services of his former player until the end of the season.
