Sylvain Distin to sign Everton extension?

Everton defender Sylvain Distin is reportedly ready to sign a contract extension at Goodison Park.

The 35-year-old Frenchman has six months left on his current deal with the club.

However, he could now commit himself to another year with the Toffees, according to The Sun.

Distin joined Everton from Portsmouth in 2009 for around £5m.
