Besiktas have produced a full breakdown of the financials involved in their sale of striker Cenk Tosun to Everton.
After several weeks of talks, the 26-year-old officially moved to Goodison Park yesterday, penning terms on a four-and-a-half year deal.
The Toffees have paid €22m (£19.5m) up front for the player, the Turkish side have announced, with further bonus payments due later this year depending on their league finish.
A top-six finish will require €500,000 (£443,000) to be paid, with €750,000 (£665,000) due if they manage to achieve Champions League football next season. When Tosun reaches 25 Premier League matches for Everton, Besiktas will be due €500,000 (£443,000) - as well as another €500,000 (£443,000) if he makes 10 Premier League appearances this season.
The club also revealed that they will be due €500,000 (£443,000) for every season of the deal in which he scores 15 league goals, or double that amount if he reaches 25 league goals.
Besiktas have also negotiated a 7.5% sell-on fee.
