Gerard Deulofeu delighted to be back

Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu admits that he is "really, really happy" after returning from a hamstring injury on Sunday.

Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu has expressed his delight after returning from a hamstring injury on Sunday.

The Spaniard, who is on loan from Barcelona, had been out for nearly two months before making a substitute appearance during the Toffees' 1-0 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

"I am really, really happy to be back. I have been doing my rehab in Barcelona but I am happy to be back at Everton," Deulofeu told the club's official website.

"My leg felt great, absolutely perfect. I have been working around the clock to get fit and get strength back in the leg. The main thing now is to keep working hard so I don't get any relapse."

Everton continue their league campaign on Wednesday night when they welcome Crystal Palace to Goodison Park.
