Crystal Palace are reportedly on the brink of signing Senegal defender Pape Souare.
Palace boss Alan Pardew is said to be nearing a deal to sign the Lille left-back on a three-and-a-half-year contract, according to The Mirror.
Pardew was initially keen on Swansea City's Neil Taylor, but has now turned his attention toward the 24-year-old after negotiations broke down with the Welsh club.
Souare was left out of his country's first XI for Friday's 1-1 draw with South Africa in the Africa Cup of Nations.
His contract with the Ligue 1 side expires in 2017.
