Crystal Palace have launched a bid worth £11m for Brentford winger Ollie Watkins amid concerns Wilfried Zaha could leave Selhurst Park this summer.
The 22-year-old, who broke into the Brentford first team four years ago, is reportedly valued at around £15m by the Championship club.
Palace's search for attacking options has intensified amid continued interest in star-man Zaha, who has been reportedly subject to a £54.6m offer from Napoli.
According to the Daily Mail, Watkins has emerged as a top target for Palace, who have made an initial offer of £11m.
Manager Roy Hodgson is concerned about the dearth of attacking options at his disposal, with Palace's only pieces of business this summer being securing Jordan Ayew on a permanent deal for £2.5m and Stephen Henderson on a free transfer.
Palace are also reportedly in talks with Serie A club Atalanta over right-back Timothy Castagne as they seek to find a replacement for Aaron Wan-Bissaka before the window shuts.
